We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect - nestled in a quiet area with beautiful surroundings. The hotel was well-maintained and had a cozy, family-run atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we didn't speak the language. We were impressed with the quality of service and attention to detail. The food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor pool area for relaxation and socializing. There were also many interesting places to explore in the area. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this hidden gem! the helpful and friendly staff made us feel at home and the nicely maintained gardens were a great escape. the location is perfect with good restaurants nearby and everything within walking distance. the room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with enough towels. the rooftop terrace provided a stunning view of the city. the breakfast was tasty and fresh with many options.

The hotel's entrance was not clearly marked and it was difficult to find at first.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the food was delicious. The nearby zocalo in Atlixco was a true gem to explore. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

The outdoor pool area was enjoyable and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and able to communicate in English which was helpful. the hotel offered good nearby restaurants to eat at.

The location was difficult for taxis to locate and was situated within a gated community with limited signposting. Some amenities were unavailable such as the bar and restaurant not always being open.

This hotel was a hidden gem! I loved how it exemplified traditional Mexican details with a modern twist. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the outdoor pool area was perfect for relaxation and mingling with other guests. The staff, especially Claudia from the restaurant, provided the best service I've ever experienced - she paid close attention to detail and made me feel right at home.

Celebrated New Year with a bang! Loved the amazing staff - they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The gardens were breathtaking and the nearby restaurants were top-notch. Location was ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. But the highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast and the refreshing pool.

The mattresses were too firm and the shower lacked adequate water pressure. we were disappointed that the bar and restaurant were not open all the time.
